Our Refund Policy:
Following the
placement by you of your blood test order and the charge to your credit card for
the amount due, you may cancel your order (i.e., your blood test) within 45 days
of your order date. However, your refund will be less $28.50 or ten percent (10%)
which ever is greater of the total
amount of your original charge. This is to help offset our costs of
administration, plus, the costs to us charged by your credit card company for
processing your 'charge' and then for processing your refund ('credit'). Once your blood
has been drawn by the clinic and shipped to the lab for testing, no refund can be
made. Certainly, if for any reason the lab is unable to process your specimen, you will
receive a full (100%) refund for the test(s) not performed.
If you are ever unhappy in any way with our services, please tell
us! We'll do our very best to make it right! If you are happy
