           If you live in the West Coast Time (P.S.T.) Zone, you can reach us between 8 AM & 5 PM YOUR time
           If you live in the Mountain Time (M.S.T.) Zone, you can reach us between 9 AM & 6 PM YOUR time
           If you live in the Central Time (C.S.T.) Zone, you can reach us between 10 AM & 7 PM YOUR time
           If you live in the Eastern Time (E.S.T.) Zone, you can reach us between 11 AM & 8 PM YOUR time


  First:     We need your Zip Code to locate in our database the clinic we contract with, that is nearest to your home or work.
  Second: We need your credit card information because we (NOT the clinic) collect the cost of your blood draw and your laboratory analysis.
  Third:     We then e-mail, fax, or U.S. mail you (your choice) the lab forms that you need to take with you to the clinic for your 'blood draw'.
  Fourth:   You can (at your convenience) visit the nearby clinic we found for you-  you normally will NOT need an appointment.  No money will be due.
  Fifth:      You will have a very small amount of your blood drawn, and your blood specimen will be shipped "overnight" to the lab.
  Sixth:     The lab will electronically send your test results to us, usually within 24-48 hours (a very few tests take up to 96 hours or even longer).
  Finally:   We will (it's your choice) either e-mail, fax, or U.S. mail your results to you the very same business day we receive them!
