  • Be certain to take this important requisition form with you to a blood draw center of the laboratory you chose to use!  It is marked “Pre-Paid”.  When you present this printed requisition (or its "Bar Code" if the requisition is stored on your smartphone or tablet), you will NOT need to pay the blood draw center any additional money!
  • Your test results should be confidentially available to you in as little as 2-3 days AFTER your blood draw.   Exceptions are a few types of tests that require the lab to "culture" your blood sample.  That special method can add up to five (5) additional days before your final results can be accurately determined and released to us/to you by the lab.
  • As soon as your results are ready, you will immediately be notified by an email from Operations@OHSinc.com.   Please watch for it.  To ensure you 100% confidentiality, your Username and Password is the ONLY way you can later access, view, and print your results directly from our website and share them with your physician if you wish (and we strongly recommend). Please remember the password you used when ordering.
